Serious Injury Associate – Midlands Salary: £50,000 DOE + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent BenefitsFlexible/Hybrid Working | Gold Investors in People Firm  My client, a specialist national law firm that specialises in Serious Injury and Clinical Negligence, is looking to recruit a Serious Injury Associate (1–4 years’ PQE) to join their growing team in the Midlands.  Why This Role?  This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing team at a firm that has expanded significantly in recent years—including the opening of a brand-new office just 18 months ago. The firm is looking to continue to grow so this is an ideal time to come on board if you're looking for genuine career progression. What You’ll Be Doing: 
  • Managing your own serious injury caseload, typically involving high-value, complex matters. 
  • Assisting Partners and Senior Associates on catastrophic injury cases 
  • Working with a small and manageable caseload (8–12 files) to ensure you can provide the highest level of service to your clients—no burnout culture here. 
  • Focusing on quality over quantity—with no billing targets, the emphasis is on teamwork, client care, and long-term outcomes.
