Site Delivery Officer
Location: Ansell Way, CV34 4UL
Start Date: ASAP                                               
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers and landowners to ensure comprehensive development and coordinated infrastructure provision.

  • Monitor financial agreements to ensure timely payments and availability of infrastructure funds.

  • Coordinate with infrastructure providers to understand and plan for development needs.

  • Work with planning officers to negotiate and justify financial contributions for major projects.

  • Align council interests across departments and support land acquisition aspirations.

  • Ensure the Infrastructure Delivery Plan aligns with major site strategies.

  • Stay informed about funding opportunities and manage funding bids.

  • Maintain a viability model to support negotiation processes with up-to-date data.

Person Specifications
Must Have

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) or equivalent.

  • Extensive experience in planning and delivering major sites.

  • Understanding of development viability and planning legislation.

  • Proficiency with complex spreadsheets.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to drive and access to a car.
