- Lead statistical and capability investigations into wheel alignment and ride height issues.
- Develop robust plans and issue-resolution strategies to meet program gateways.
- Drive the resolution of cross-functional chassis-related concerns using tools like 8D, Six Sigma, and Ishikawa.
- Support Launch Quality Operating Standards (LQOS) through physical build phases.
- Facilitate and lead problem-solving workshops and ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions.
- Strong mathematical and Excel skills with a solid foundation in engineering principles.
- Experience using quality/problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma, Is/Is-Not, Ishikawa).
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage across engineering, launch, and quality teams.
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with chassis or suspension system articulation and GD&T is advantageous.
- Experience with Minitab or CAD visualisation tools is beneficial.
