Vehicle Integration EngineerCertain Advantage is hiring for a Vehicle Integration Engineer based in the Warwickshire area.This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.The CompanyWe’re working with a Manufacturing business that blends British craftsmanship with cutting-edge innovation to create luxury vehicles that redefine performance and style.Does this sound like your next career move?If you’re ambitious to grow, this may be your next role.Would you like to enhance the customer experience through the design, development, measurement and balance of customer attributes?The Role:This role is for a Vehicle Integration Engineer—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.You’ll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
  • Support Benchmarking through physical/virtual testing, measurement and visual assessments.
  • Coordinate benchmark vehicle requests, hires or purchases with competitor vehicles.
  • Support VCD creation and coordination with the Product character and performance team.
  • Coordinate attribute inputs to ESO/ system target documentation and F-SOIs.
  • Drive and track attribute RMDV - DOORs classification, target setting co-ordination and validation.
  • Initial Attribute representative for PSTs & VIT.
The Individual We’re looking for people who can show:
  • Education to a Degree level or relevant experience.
  • Problem-solving tools, e.g. Root Cause Analysis, 8 Disciplines of problem solving, Design of Experiments and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) in Manufacturing.
  • Exposure to customer-facing attribute delivery.
  • PCDS and all engineering planning and delivery processes are essential, i.e. RMDV, Virtual Series.
  • Good leadership and influencing skills.
  • Vehicle engineering – with a clear understanding of all COC's systems and how they integrate with each other.
