We are proud to be partnering with an organisation based in Warwick, who are looking to appoint a Payroll Clerk to join their supportive team.

This will be a full-time permanent office based position, with a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience).

The ideal candidate will have full end-to-end payroll experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Taking full responsibility for the end-to-end monthly payroll processing
  • Processing new starters and leavers, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and updated accordingly
  • Acting as a first point of contact for any payroll related queries
  • Dealing with statutory deductions and producing P45s and P11Ds
  • Posting to payroll journals and producing relevant reports

Experience required:

  • Experience of end-to-end payroll preparation
  • Minimum 3-years' experience in payroll

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Experience with manual payroll calculations
  • Good understanding of statutory deductions to include pensions and auto enrolment
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week
