We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join a local authority’s repairs and maintenance team based in Warwickshire. This role involves working on both void and occupied domestic properties.We’re looking for a Plumber experienced in repairs and maintenance on domestic properties. This is a stable, full-time role ideal for someone with social housing or council experience.Duties Include:
  • Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of domestic plumbing systems, including pipework, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, low water pressure, and heating problems.
  • Install and repair domestic appliances connected to water supply
  • Fit and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, radiators, boilers, and heating systems.
  • Carry out fault-finding and perform necessary corrective actions in line with safety regulations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full-time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £22.22 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £19.07 inclusive of holiday).You will be working a standard 37-hour week, with potential for overtime. An immediate start is available.You will need:
  • Proven experience in Plumbing, ideally within social housing or council work
  • Your own basic hand tools and PPE
  • Full UK driving licence
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
