Relationship Assistant

My client is a leading player in the energy sector, focused on delivering exceptional service to their B2B customers while driving innovation and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Relationship Assistant to join their team.

The Role:

As a Relationship Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy-supporting and leading critical initiatives to enhance our relationships with key stakeholders, including executive and senior-level contacts. This is a multi-faceted role requiring excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on CRM expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with B2B clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead on assigned projects and pieces of work with autonomy and accountability
  • Draft high-quality strategic briefs and internal papers for senior leadership
  • Support CRM-related tasks, particularly within Salesforce
  • Undertake regular data cleansing and accuracy exercises
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across customer operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a B2B customer-facing role, ideally within the energy industry
  • Strong communication skills with experience dealing with executive/senior-level stakeholders
  • Proficient in CRM systems, especially Salesforce
  • Confident writing formal briefs and strategic documents
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
