Relationship Assistant
Initial 12 month duration (potential to extend)
Hybrid (2 days per week in Warwick office)
Salary: £37,500 per annum
My client is a leading player in the energy sector, focused on delivering exceptional service to their B2B customers while driving innovation and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Relationship Assistant to join their team.
The Role:
As a Relationship Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy-supporting and leading critical initiatives to enhance our relationships with key stakeholders, including executive and senior-level contacts. This is a multi-faceted role requiring excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on CRM expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with B2B clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead on assigned projects and pieces of work with autonomy and accountability
- Draft high-quality strategic briefs and internal papers for senior leadership
- Support CRM-related tasks, particularly within Salesforce
- Undertake regular data cleansing and accuracy exercises
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across customer operations
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a B2B customer-facing role, ideally within the energy industry
- Strong communication skills with experience dealing with executive/senior-level stakeholders
- Proficient in CRM systems, especially Salesforce
- Confident writing formal briefs and strategic documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
