Our client, an industry-recognised professional body, are looking for an experienced Estate Agency professional to join their team in Warwick. The role is a phone-based role and will be helping and advising Estate Agencies across the UK, with queries and regulatory issues. Therefore, a knowledge of Estate Agency is advantageous along with a good phone manner.
This opportunity is available on a hybrid working basis, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home
Working hours of a Sales Advisor:Â
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pmÂ
- Hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 from homeÂ
The successful Sales Advisor will be offered:Â
- £25,000 BasicÂ

Sales Advisor requirements:Â
- Experience in Estate AgencyÂ
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to listen and interpret member enquiries and provide relevant advice.Â
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with excellent verbal and written communication. Â
- Proficient Microsoft Office. Â
Duties of a Sales Advisor will include, but will not be limited to:Â
- Answering queries via telephone, providing support on queries from members
- Log accurate data and member discussions on the CRM system.
- Help review and complete existing legal documents and templates.
- Escalate legal queries where applicable
- Keep up to date with property policies & legislations and the general property industry
