Are you a driven, self-motivated individual with proven experience in recruitment or a similar fast-paced, sales-focused role? Were looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our, small boutique agency-Warwick Recruit - backed by its sister company Warwick HR.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on achieving results, building lasting relationships, and taking ownership of their success.

What Youll Be Doing:
  • Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening to placement and client management.

  • Utilise ATS and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

  • Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application process.

  • Proactively developing new business opportunities with clients across your given industry.

  • Building strong relationships with candidates and guiding them through the recruitment journey

  • Writing and posting engaging job adverts across various platforms

What Were Looking For:
  • Proven experience in recruitment.

  • Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both on the phone and in person

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive setting
