Welder / Fitter – Days
Location: Warwick
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 06:30–16:00
Pay: £19ph DOE
Overview of the Welder / Fitter Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality welded and fabricated components in line with build times, engineering drawings, and ISO 9001 quality standards. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring strong welding skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities of the Welder / Fitter:

MIG & MAG welding on medium–heavy steel fabrications (2mm–10mm)

Building and tack welding assemblies from engineering drawings

Completing full welds to specification and quality standards

Identifying and correcting fabrication faults
Key Skills & Experience of the Welder / Fitter:

Proven experience in MIG & MAG welding

Skilled in medium–heavy steel fabrication

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Welding/fabrication qualifications (essential)
