Our client manufacture, design and install both aluminium and UPVC windows and doors are currently looking to recruit a Purchasing Manager based at their facility in the North West region.
Reporting to the Directors you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing function and deal with suppliers, ensuring they meet deadlines, negotiate special purchases. This is a hands on role supporting Manufacturing and stores departments.
The main goal is to ensure that products are installed correctly and the customer has 100% satisfaction. The candidate will have support from the Op Director and the back up from the manufacturing departments including the dedicated despatch teams.
The ideal candidate will have relevant purchasing experience within the construction industry.
Salaries are dependent upon level of relevant experience.
