Description
- Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for business units.
- Provide financial input into project-based work and strategic plans.
- Support senior management in making sound business decisions based on financial analysis.
- Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide insights on financial performance and forecast to management.
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure the integrity of data.
- Drive process improvements in financial planning and business intelligence tools.
- Ensure compliance with financial legal requirements.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
- CIMA qualification is desirable.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of business operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with senior management and department teams.
