Sonic Summary

Blue Arrow is seeking reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers for trunk runs to Midlands Hubs for a prestigious client.
The pay rates are £17.20 per hour on weekdays, with higher rates for overtime, and Sunday pay reaching £24.44 per hour.
Drivers should be flexible to work between 2 to 6 shifts per week with varying start times from 13:45 to 19:30.
Applicants must possess an HGV Class 1 entitlement, CPC, Digi tacho card, and at least 1 year of driving experience.
Candidates should also have a clean driving record with no more than 6 points or specific disqualifications on their license.

At Blue Arrow we are looking for reliable and proficient HGV Class 1 Drivers to navigate to Midlands Hubs for our prestigious client.

The work is generally straight trunk runs with occasional collections on the way to the Hubs.

Pay rates are as follows:

Monday - Friday: £17.20ph and £23.44ph OT after 8 hours

Saturday: £21.89ph and £23.44ph OT after 8 hours

Sunday: £24.44ph all hours

Start times vary from 13:45 to 19:30.

Flexibility to work between 2 - 6 shifts per week depending on client volumes as well as between above times would be advantageous.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

As a LGV Category C+E Driver you will:

* Complete pre departure vehicle checks
* Transport goods between planned sites and drops
* Complete paperwork and follow compliance
* Adhere to tachograph and working times rules

Qualifications

In order to process your application, you must have the following:

* HGV Class 1 entitlement
* CPC
* Digi tacho card
* 1+ Year experience

As well as having 1 year experience you must be able to demonstrate on your tacho that you have been driving regular within the last 12 months.

We cannot accept more than 6 points or DR/DG/CD/DD/BA on a licence.
