Join Our Service Team as a Scheduling Coordinator!

Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering great customer service? We're looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to keep our busy Service Team running like clockwork. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a talent for logistics, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and coordinating field engineer schedules across the UK & Ireland
  • Booking customer visits for maintenance, repairs, site evaluations, and breakdowns
  • Communicating with customers to arrange and confirm appointments
  • Creating job records in SAP and other scheduling systems
  • Preparing quotes for parts and labour, and overseeing repair jobs from start to finish
  • Tracking warranty claims and maintaining calibration/tool registers
  • Keeping vehicle records, safety cards, and induction documents up to date
  • Participating in weekly planning meetings and supporting with general admin tasks

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Clear and confident communication, especially over the phone
  • A customer-first mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Solid IT skills - Microsoft Office is essential; SAP/Protean experience is a bonus
  • A collaborative team spirit, with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with health & safety procedures and logistics in the UK & Ireland is a plus
