- Support the preparation of management accounts and financial reporting.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls.
- Assist with cashflow forecasting, treasury, and loan management.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Manage financial data accuracy and system updates.
- Provide financial insights to key stakeholders.
- Produce ad-hoc analysis and reports for leadership.
- Uphold financial governance and best practice standards.
- ACCA/CIMA qualified with extensive finance and management accounting experience.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, ideally with exposure to leasing.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); SAP experience advantageous.
- Analytical and detail focused, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Skilled in interpreting financial data and providing actionable insights.
- Strong communicator, able to present complex financial information clearly.
- Highly organised, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Commercially aware with solid business acumen.
