Job Title: Line Setter / Tech Op (Full-Time, Permanent)

Location: Waterlooville

Pay: 14.00 per hour ( Pay review to increase to 15 per hour after 3 months) (Initially 17.16 with shift allowance on late shift)

Shift Options:

  • 6am - 3pm, Monday to Friday
  • 6am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday
  • 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday - Main shift currently recruiting for.

Overview:

Our client is seeking experienced Line Setters / Tech Ops to join their expanding team. The successful candidates will be expected to hit the ground running, with proven experience in setting up packaging lines within a FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change over and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance throughout the packaging process.
  • Perform regular maintenance on equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during production.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a FMCG packaging line setting is essential.
  • Familiarity with tooling, materials handling, and basic math skills for measurement and calculations.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
