• Position: Machine Operator / Production Operative

• Type: Temporary (via agency)

• Hours: Mon to Thurs, alternating Day shift and Night shift.

• Days Off: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 

• Pay: £12.21 per hour

• Location: Segensworth, Southampton

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor production machinery in a plastics manufacturing environment

• Work closely with specialist equipment and complex machines

• Ensure quality and efficiency standards are met

• Follow health & safety guidelines

• Support the production team to meet daily targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or production operative is desirable but not essential – training can be provided

• Ability to work night shifts reliably

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic - qualifications are not needed!

• Team player with a positive attitude
