 About the Role:

As an Internal Sales Engineer, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients. You’ll work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of bespoke solutions—developing a deep understanding of client needs and building trusted relationships along the way.

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery
  • Respond to customer queries and provide technical information where needed
  • Monitor project timelines and flag any risks or delays
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using our CRM system
