We're looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our clients dynamic team based in Waterlooville and provide top-tier technical assistance to their clients.
Key Responsibilities of an IT Support Engineer:
Resolve escalated technical issues from the 1st Line Support team across hardware, software, and networks.
Perform system troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure minimal downtime.
Collaborate on IT projects, offering expertise in system design and implementation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in 2nd Line IT support or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
