We’re currently hiring Technicians for a busy Mouldshop department – with both Double Day and Night Shift positions available for an immediate start.

You’ll be responsible for tool changes, machine set-up, process optimisation, and ensuring that production runs to plan. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid injection moulding experience and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be supporting smooth, cost-effective operations and contributing to high-quality production output every shift.

Choose the shift that suits you best:

  • Double Days (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) – £17.00 per hour

  • Night Shift (10pm–6am, Monday to Friday) – £18.00 per hour

Both shifts offer full-time, permanent employment with 40 hours per week.

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in an injection moulding or manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of moulding processes, materials, and machine safety features

  • Confident with tooling changes and process troubleshooting

  • NVQ Level 2 or Apprenticeship in Engineering/Manufacturing (desirable)

  • Team player mindset with a proactive, flexible approach

  • Full right to work in the UK
