We’re currently hiring Technicians for a busy Mouldshop department – with both Double Day and Night Shift positions available for an immediate start.

You’ll be responsible for tool changes, machine set-up, process optimisation, and ensuring that production runs to plan. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid injection moulding experience and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be supporting smooth, cost-effective operations and contributing to high-quality production output every shift.
Choose the shift that suits you best:

Double Days (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) – £17.00 per hour

Night Shift (10pm–6am, Monday to Friday) – £18.00 per hour
Both shifts offer full-time, permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
What do you need?

Previous experience in an injection moulding or manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of moulding processes, materials, and machine safety features

Confident with tooling changes and process troubleshooting

NVQ Level 2 or Apprenticeship in Engineering/Manufacturing (desirable)

Team player mindset with a proactive, flexible approach

Full right to work in the UK
