Are you an experienced electronics assembler looking to join a collaborative and supportive team? We are currently recruiting a Solderer to support electronic assembly operations at our Waterlooville facility.

This is a hands-on role that involves both board-level and box-build assembly. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent soldering skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude. If you’re a team player who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PCB assembly, including SMT and PTH soldering

  • Cable assembly using crimping tools

  • Electro-mechanical assembly

  • Interpreting and working from BOMs and engineering drawings

  • Performing PCBA rework when required

  • Ensuring all work meets required quality standards

Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with IPC 610 standards 

  • Strong PTH and SMT soldering skills

  • Confident working with fine-pitch components under a microscope

  • Good component recognition and technical understanding

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

  • Inspection experience (desirable, but not essential)
