Sales Support

You'll play a key role in managing new and existing customer orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The Role:
- Managing incoming customer orders and enquiries from business clients
- Preparing and issuing accurate quotations based on specifications
- Negotiating pricing and terms when required, within company guidelines
- Processing and tracking orders from start to finish with precision and care
- Maintaining regular contact with existing customersto build strong, ongoing relationships
- Reaching out to customers who haven't ordered in a while, identifying opportunities to re-engage
- Liaising with warehouse, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment
- Confidently working with numbers on a daily basis, including pricing, order quantities, and calculations
- Resolving customer issues efficiently, with a professional and friendly approach
The Person:
- Previous experience insales administration,order processing, orcustomer account management is essential for this position
- Confident handling numerical tasks and working with pricing, data, and quotations
- Confident and professional phone manner is essential,you'll be expected to handle incoming calls, take accurate messages for colleagues, and transfer calls internally. Most customers prefer speaking over the phone, so this is a key part of the role
- Professional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with business customers
- Candidates must be confident using the phone,
- Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail, especially when working with customer specifications and figures
- GCSEs (or equivalent) inMaths and Englishare essential
- This role is100% office-based, Monday to Friday
