Behaviour Support Worker - Waterlooville
Prospero Teaching is seeking a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to join a client school in Waterlooville. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners, helping them develop strategies to overcome behavioural challenges and thrive in their educational journey.

Location: Waterlooville (Hampshire)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: Minimum 13.96 per hour
Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Requirements and Qualifications:
A patient and empathetic approach to supporting pupils with behavioural needs.
Strong behaviour management skills to foster a safe and positive learning environment.
Enthusiasm for encouraging pupils to engage actively in their learning journey.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with pupils and parents.
Self-reflective, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in supporting children with behavioural challenges is desirable.
Eligibility:
Right to work in the UK.
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Provide two professional child-related references.
