Audit Supervisor | Progressive Independent Firm | Watford or Milton Keynes | Up to £53,000 + Hybrid Working

We're working with a growing and ambitious independent accountancy practice that's on the lookout for an Audit Supervisor to join their thriving team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up into a role with real variety, visibility, and the chance to make an impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion

  • Supporting and reviewing the work of junior staff, helping them grow

  • Working closely with managers and partners to deliver a high-quality service

  • Being the go-to for clients and building strong, long-term relationships

  • Getting involved in technical queries, year-end accounts and some advisory projects

What we're looking for:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or finalist) with solid experience in audit

  • Someone who enjoys leading teams and being client-facing

  • Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset

  • Someone excited about working with entrepreneurial clients and fast-moving sectors
