We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Office Administrator to join our team. As a General Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Asist payments team arranging BACS and PayPal payments to clients.
- Answering email enquiries.
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain an organized and tidy office environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Typing speed and accuracy
