Order Entry Executive

West End, London

Full Time Office Based - Monday to Friday

One to One Personnel is proud to be working with Reebok, our global brand client who is looking to hire an Order Entry Executive to join their team at their flagship offices based in the West End of London.

Role Summary

Reebok are looking for a detail oriented and reliable Order Entry Executive to support B2B operations by accurately entering customer orders into our ERP system.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills - VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables etc
  • Excellent time management and highly organised
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process and enter B2B customer orders into the ERP system using Excel templates.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details (product codes, quantities, prices, delivery dates)
  • Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse and Finance) to clarify and validate order information
  • Monitor and update order status, resolve discrepancies or issues in coordination with relevant departments
  • Generate reports on order entry status, volumes, and delivery dates using Excel and ERP tools
