I am on the lookout to support my client in finding 2 new additions for the technical sales support team. This department support the on the road sales team to onboard new business contracts but you will also be the go-to person for any technical questions on new product launches.

The sales team will need your help to answer any technical related questions regarding product launches and new products on the market. You will attend workshops and new product briefings to learn and increase your knowledge, however a technical mind is a must! Ideally within the telecoms or mobile networks industry however it is NOT essential!

Duties for Technical Sales Support Executive include:

  • Preparing presentations and presenting to senior management
  • Offering pre sales technical guidance to the team
  • Liaising with internal departments and teams to share ideas
  • Creating sales proposals
  • Conducting live demos of products
  • Escalating any issues during the onboarding process
