Due to ongoing growth, we’re looking for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our dynamic Watford office. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, where your ideas are valued, and your development is supported from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting in the design and analysis of structural elements for buildings and infrastructure projects.

  • Producing calculations, reports, and drawings in collaboration with engineers and technicians.

  • Supporting senior engineers on a variety of live projects.

  • Conducting site inspections and attending design meetings.

  • Using industry-standard software such as Tekla, TEDDS, and AutoCAD/Revit.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).

  • A strong interest in building structures and sustainable design.

  • Familiarity with relevant design codes and engineering software is desirable.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and grow within the profession.
