Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional with a passion for hospitality and business growth? Our client are looking for an experienced Sales professional to join their team and lead the charge in building strong client relationships, securing new business, and boosting revenue. You'll play a key role in driving B2B sales, identifying new revenue opportunities, and building lasting partnerships with corporate clients. This is a hands-on, proactive sales role focused on both new business development and relationship management.

What You'll Be Doing 路Building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts 路Proactively generating new business through outbound sales activity and local market engagement 路Managing your sales pipeline using CRM systems and maintaining accurate client data 路Collaborating on the hotels' annual sales plans, budgets, and strategies 路Conducting site visits, client appointments, and attending networking events 路Monitoring the market and competitor activity to stay ahead of trends 路Driving cross-selling opportunities 路Supporting weekly and monthly business reviews with sales insights and updates

Skills and Experience Required 路Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within hospitality, hotels, or events 路A strong track record of outbound sales and securing new business 路Confident communicator and relationship builder with excellent presentation skills 路Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness 路Organised, proactive, and target-driven with a passion for results 路Full UK driving license (travel required to meetings and events)
