Branch Manager

Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager based in Watford! 

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including answering and making calls, responding to emails, processing orders and scheduling installations. Managing a team of four, you’ll provide leadership and support while maintaining high standards of service. This is a hands-on position which includes lifting garage doors and learning the full product range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of four staff.
• Handle customer enquiries and sales of garage doors and related products.
• Manage emails, phone calls and face-to-face customer interactions.
• Check deliveries against notes for accuracy and condition.
• Coordinate orders and installation schedules.

Personal Requirements:

• Proven supervisory, sales and administrative experience.
• Strong leadership and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• IT literate with strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and customer-focused.

Hours
Monday–Friday 7:30 am–5:00 pm plus Saturday 9:00 am–12:30 pm on a rota.
