Responsible Play ManagerWatford, 3 days per week on site £48,000- £52,000 per annum & benefits

We are currently recruiting for the world's largest lottery consultancy for the role of Responsible Play Manager. As an industry leader, this organisation is dedicated to protecting their players and ensuring they are kept safe online.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee and handle complex and sensitive player cases, ensuring resolution aligns with both business needs and player well-being.
  • Use data analytics to identify behavioural trends and patterns that may indicate excessive or underage play, and take appropriate action.
  • Work closely with internal departments to deliver a best-in-class Responsible Player operation and contribute to the success of the interventions programme.
  • Provide leadership to the Responsible Play team when required, fostering a culture of performance, learning and continuous improvement.

Main Skills/Requirements

  • Experience in Responsible Play is essential.
  • Experience in industries such as Gambling, Finance or Banking with knowledge of working with vulnerable customers.
  • Experience working for an organisation with a digital presence, preferably with online games.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to make informed decisions in the interest of player wellbeing.
  • Experience working in a Contact Centre would be preferred.
