Youll be working alongside an experienced and nurturing kitchen team in the hotels beautiful la carte restaurant, where dishes are inspired by modern British cuisine and brought to life using seasonal produce from the hotels very own kitchen garden.

Responsibilities as a Commis Chef
- Assisting in the preparation of fresh, seasonal dishes made to a consistently high standard
- Rotating through different kitchen sections to build your confidence and skills
- Learning from some of the best chefs in the industry who are keen to help you grow
- Contributing to the smooth running of daily service, from mise en place to plating
- Maintaining a clean, organised work environment and adhering to food safety standards
