- OR Thursday to Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Assistant to join our team in Watford. This role involves supporting the online sales operations for electrical products, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate product listings, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone in a professional manner.
- Assist with promotional campaigns and website updates.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online platforms.
