Our client, a highly respected and well-established name in the fibre optic infrastructure and connectivity solutions industry, is seeking an ambitious Sales Business Manager to spearhead a new channel targeting the rapidly expanding data centre sector.

The Opportunity

You’ll be at the forefront of a new growth initiative, identifying and securing major data centre projects, negotiating hardware supply deals, and building deep client relationships. This is a rare opportunity to shape your own division, backed by a successful infrastructure and visionary leadership team.

  • Focus: Identify upcoming data centre builds and secure supply contracts
  • Autonomy: Run the division with full commercial ownership and Director-level support
  • Presence: Split time between client/customer visits (2–4 days per week) and the North London HQ/distribution hub
  • Growth: No cap on success—your earnings and impact will reflect your results
What We’re Looking For
  • A strong commercial background with a sales-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Knowledge of fibre optics, cabling infrastructure, or data centre supply chains
  • A natural deal-maker with a proven track record in business development
  • Highly numerate and analytically sharp
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ideally degree-educated or with strong academic background
