The Education team has been a cornerstone of our business for many years. They have consistently developed and nurtured top-performing consultants.
We are looking to grow our established sales team. You will be working with local authorities and schools and offering bespoke education packages for Primary, Secondary and Post 16 aged pupils. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with educational institutions, parents and students and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- Identify and engage potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and individual families
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
