Job Title: Customer Service Advisor- outbound calls

On site initially then Hybrid after completing probation
Start date: asap(full attendance required for 6 weeks training)
About the Role:
We are seeking empathetic and proactive customer service advisors to join our team and support vulnerable and at-risk customers. You will contact customers via calls, webchat, and email, offering assistance and providing a high level of care, promoting Responsible Play.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer data to identify "at-risk" indicators.
- Reach out to customers who need support, providing empathy and reviewing their accounts with them.
- Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and compassion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring a positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Experience managing difficult or sensitive conversations with empathy.
- A calm, solution-focused approach when addressing customer concerns.
- A willingness to learn company policies and procedures.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
