Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a prestigious organisation based on the outskirts of Watford with the recruitment of a Customer Support Executive to join their expanding team. This is an opportunity for somebody who is ambitious, has great communication skills, with some previous work experience, looking to join a fantastic team.
This opportunity will be providing a high level of service to clients over the phone, via email and over teams, experience within a similar opportunity would be beneficial. The suitable candidate should have strong organisational skills, high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, alongside being able to manage a heavy workload.

Must be able to drive due to location - outskirts of Watford

Some of the duties will include:

  • Respond to customer queries over the phone, via email and over teams
  • Processing customer orders accurately
  • On boarding new customers, resolving any issues, ensuring a smooth experience for all customers
  • Maintain and update the CRM database keeping customer information up to date
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and services to provide best support for customers
  • Working closely with other internal departments
  • Manage a select group of accounts to provide a tailored service and optimise customer relationships
  • Providing an aftercare to customers with follow ups to ensure any issues have been resolved, and they are satisfied with their overall experience


The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience within customer service
  • Degree educated - preferable
  • Good organisational skills
  • Great communication skills on all levels
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to work well in fast paced environment
  • Must be able to drive due to location
