Working hours - Monday - Friday - 9am-5pm
Salary ranges from 30,000 - 35,000
Some of the duties will include:
- First point of contact for vehicle related topics including breakdown, replacement and more
- Working between the customer and relevant garage to discuss work that should be carried out on the vehicle
- Dealing with breakdown providers and vehicle manufacturer after-sales customer service teams
- Liaising with different dealerships
- Working closely with internal teams
- Keeping product knowledge up to date
- Communicating with people of all levels professionally
- Working well within a team environment as well as independently
The suitable candidate:
- Previous experience within the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- Must be local to the Watford area as this will be office based for training
- Able to work well within a team environment
- Strong customer service ethic
- Ability to work on own initiative
