Day to day you will liaise with customers and play a vital role supporting patients through their healthcare journey.
?? The RoleAs a Customer Service Bookings Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them schedule their health appointments with care and accuracy. This is a temporary position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Central Watford
- Some parking and near public transport links
- Temp to Perm opportunity
- The Permanent role would include weekend working every other week, with days off in lieu)
- Answer incoming calls and respond to email enquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments using the booking system
- Provide clear information about scan types, preparation instructions, and clinic locations
- Liaise with clinic staff to ensure smooth appointment flow
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold data confidentiality
- Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (healthcare experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident using booking systems and Microsoft Office
- A calm, compassionate approach when dealing with sensitive situations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends if required
