- Provide general classroom support across KS3 and KS4, assisting with pupil engagement to enhance learning outcomes.
- Provide focused 1:1 and small group support to deliver targeted intervention.
- Support the class teacher in planning, preparation, and delivering engaging lessons.
- Support pupils with SEND and additional needs.
- Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and safe environment.
- Has experience supporting children with SEMH, autism, ADHD, or related needs (in school, care, or youth settings).
- Brings calm, empathy, and excellent communication to challenging situations.
- Is confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies (Team Teach or equivalent desirable).
- Shows a genuine belief in every child's potential, no matter their background or history.
- Understands the importance of boundaries, consistency, and restorative practice.
