Teaching Assistant - Primary - Watford - £105 per day - Full-Time

We're working with a supportive and community-focused two-form entry primary school in Watford that is looking for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This is a full-time, term-time role ideal for someone confident supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and looking to make a meaningful difference in a nurturing school environment.

About the Role:

  • Supporting class teachers in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on your experience)

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs

  • Helping with classroom organisation, routines and behaviour support

  • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement tailored strategies

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary setting
