An award-winning specialist provider of commercial Facilities Maintenance Services is seeking a full time, permanent and experienced Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer - NVQ level 3 qualification -to carry out electrical and mechanical reactive repair works in high end commercial properties across Northwest London.
ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER / MULTI TRADES ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

SALARY: Competitive salary plus company van, expenses, benefits, pension.
HOURS: 45-hour week. Monday- Friday. 8.00am- 5.00pm
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Multi Skilled Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be on hand to support a wide range of commercial properties that need your problem-solving abilities and friendly approach to delivering excellent customer service.
As a Multi Skilled Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planned, preventative and reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and diagnostics to breakdowns in commercial premises, carrying out audits, reports and certification documentation as required.
You will be an experienced Electrician with a strong Electrical Maintenance background, an NVQ in Testing and Inspection and a sound knowledge of regulations in commercial lighting and wiring systems as well as the ability to work independently to problem solve and rectify electrical faults. You will have the ability to use your initiative to complete general Electrical Maintenance tasks as required.
You may be a Multi-Skilled Electrician with Mechanical Maintenance background, self-motivated, energetic, with practical experience in Reactive Engineering / Electrical and Mechanical Multi Trade Property Maintenance. You will take real pride in the quality of your work, still maintain the energy to work at a fast pace to ensure works are completed on time and to the required health and safety standards.
