Lead Service Engineer (LOLER / Mobility Products)£38,000- £40,000 + Training + Progression + Van + 33 Days Holiday + BenefitsWatford (NW, W, HA, UB, N Postcodes)Are you a Service Engineer or similar from a Mobility / LOLER inspection background looking for a leadership position with a market-leading medical equipment manufacturer who offer a varied and autonomous role covering a regional patch where you will receive ongoing specialist training, the ability to significantly increase your earnings through overtime and have a clear progression pathway to senior positions?This well-established medical manufacturer provide LOLER testing, electrical and mechanical care for medical devices including patient hoists, beds and pressure equipment nationwide. They have built a broad client base with record breaking turnover over the last 2 years, due to increased demand they are looking to grow their team of tight-knit engineers across the UK.This varied role will see you covering a regional patch, conducting passive and reactive servicing of medical mobility equipment for a range of care homes and other medical clients. You will assist in overseeing other Service Engineers in your region, carry out quality audits, coach your teams skills, support the Service Manager in recruitment and carry out appraisals.This role would suit a Service Engineer with a background in the Mobility Industry or LOLER inspections looking to make an impact in a leadership position within a well-established and growing company who provide an essential service across the UK, you will be given specific product training and have the ability to substantially boost your earnings with overtime and on-call rota.
The Role:
- Servicing, Maintaining and Installing Medical Equipment
- Overseeing team of Regional Engineers
- Assisting in Coaching and Development
- Provide support to management for recruitment and appraisals
- Regional patch - door to door pay
- Company Van including personal use
The Person:
- Field Service Engineer or similar
- Mobility Equipment / LOLER inspection background
- Looking for a step into Leadership position
- Full UK Driver's License - happy to cover a regional patch
