Your new companyAre you a proactive, highly organised professional with a passion for supporting senior leadership? My client is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Chairman & CEO to join their dynamic Head Office team. Your new roleTo provide high-quality, proactive and effective organisational, administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman & CEO. This is a pivotal role where you'll be the right hand to the Chairman & CEO, ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll also play a key part in the smooth operation of our head office, taking ownership of a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks.

  • Managing a busy and ever-changing diary, including travel, accommodation, and meetings
  • Preparing meeting materials and ensuring the Chairman is fully briefed
  • Screening and prioritising calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Organising regular meetings and maintaining filing systems
  • Creating high-quality documents, presentations, and correspondence
  • Invoicing clients and tracking payments
  • Coordinating monthly meetings and guest speakers for events
  • Acting as the first point of contact
  • Arranging personal travel

Skills and experience required

  • A self-starter who thrives on organisation and can manage their own workload
  • Someone who can anticipate needs and stay one step ahead
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written work
  • Experience in a similar PA or EA role is highly desirable - 2 years plus
