Are you an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading food production company based in Watford for a dedicated and proactive PA to support their dynamic CEO.



About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of the executive support team, working closely with a visionary CEO at the heart of a growing business. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's schedule, communications, and strategic priorities.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's complex calendar, travel arrangements, and meetings

  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and confidential documents

  • Handle incoming communications, prioritise and respond as appropriate

  • Assist in organising company events, board meetings, and executive briefings

  • Support project coordination and business administration tasks as required



What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a PA, EA, or similar role supporting senior leadership

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Confident in managing multiple priorities and working with discretion

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
