Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Are you an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading food production company based in Watford for a dedicated and proactive PA to support their dynamic CEO.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of the executive support team, working closely with a visionary CEO at the heart of a growing business. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's schedule, communications, and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's complex calendar, travel arrangements, and meetings
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Prepare presentations, reports, and confidential documents
Handle incoming communications, prioritise and respond as appropriate
Assist in organising company events, board meetings, and executive briefings
Support project coordination and business administration tasks as required
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a PA, EA, or similar role supporting senior leadership
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Confident in managing multiple priorities and working with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
