The Basics:
- Trainee Mortgage Adviser Office based
- Starting salary of£23,000, plus regularbonus opportunities
- Full training with support towardCeMAP 1
- 1 Saturday shift per month (9am2pm), MondayFriday standard hours (95 or 106)
The Responsibilities:
- Guiding clients through fact-find calls to understand their needs
- Accurately recording and processing client information
- Working closely with experienced advisers on real cases
- Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email and text
- Taking your first steps toward CeMAP 1 qualification (fully supported)
The Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn
- Strong multitasking and organisation skills
- Confidence and clarity in dealing with clients
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems
