Title: Finance Manager
Location: Watford
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience
Are you a numbers-driven leader with a passion for financial planning? We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in managing a small finance team whilst still providing hands on support to the Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team, mainly purchase ledger, payroll and procurement
- Supporting the financial controller
- Monitor email inboxes
- Ensure good communication with our suppliers and subcontractors responding to chasers and queries
- Managing the supplier and sub contractor invoice sign off process
- CIS submissions
- Reconciliations
- PAYE, Pensions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working within a Finance department (Qualifications not necessary) (10+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
