What You鈥檒l Be Doing

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:路 Communicating with customers and keeping them updated on their shipments路 Liaising with origin agents and service providers路 Preparing and issuing quotations路 Setting up new service providers路 Visiting clients when required路 Approving purchase invoices路 Supporting or managing the team during manager absences

What We鈥檙e Looking For

路 A genuine interest in logistics and coordination路 Basic Microsoft Excel and Office skills路 Good maths skills and written English路 Ability to work from our office (this is an on-site role)路 Previous experience with ASM Sequoia is helpful but not essential
