We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Watford. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and enriching learning environment, planning and delivering engaging lessons that promote the social, emotional, and academic development of young children.

Required Skills :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one through Randstad Education)
- 2 recent professional references
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to professional development.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
- Good knowledge of EYFS
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Support children across the curriculum
- Give extra support to children with special needs
- Report student progress
- Help prepare a lesson and tidy the classroom afterwards
- You will have to communicate effectively with children, staff, parents and carers where required
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and play.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their developmental milestones.
