Duties of the role:
- Carry out appropriate damp & mould property pre and post inspections
- Produce detailed specifications of the work using SOR for remediation and future prevention of repairs
- Utilize composite values to support the assessment and resolution of damp and mould cases
- Produce technical reports to document findings and support case management
- Demonstrate actions taken to effectively resolve damp and mould complaints
What is required for the Damp and Mould Surveyor position:
- Experience within social housing
- Experience with carrying out damp and mould surveys
- HND / HNC in Construction or Property Management or relevant experience
- DBS Basic level
- Experience using NHF 7.2/ SOR
